Returns Policy

Please get in touch if you are not happy with your purchase. We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return for a refund. Refunds do not include courier/delivery charge, this will be charged in full. You will also need to organise your own return at your cost. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@hellofromyesterday.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to send your item back via courier or in person. The item must be well wrapped for transit as you will be liable for breakages.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items painted to order and client commissions can not be returned. 50% deposits for custom orders are non returnable to cover time and materials purchased for your order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved . If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
